At Fullers Bakery, we’re a proud family-run business serving up delicious, high-quality baked goods across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. And now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Unit Manager to take the lead in one of our bustling shops.
🧁 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating a friendly, hard-working team
- Keeping the shop running smoothly day-to-day
- Driving sales and smashing targets 🎯
- Working with external partners (like Environmental Health Officers)
- Creating a welcoming, positive vibe for customers and staff alike
⏰ The Details:
- Full-time, permanent role (approx. 35 hours per week)

🌟 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has great communication and people skills
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for sales
- Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Has experience in a similar food-based role (a bonus, not a must!)
