White Breadcakes. What could be fresher than these? For your daily breads, our bakers start their day whilst you are sleeping.
Throughout the night they weigh and sieve, mix and knead to ensure that everything from white toaster loaves, healthy wholemeal bread and fruited teacakes, arrives on your breakfast table, as fresh as we can make it.
Our flour is local it comes from Driffield, we use only fresh yeast and good old Yorkshire water, along with as many local ingredients as we can find.
